Paradigm™ offers a choice of semi-automatic and automatic tools for fault tracking and fault extraction.

The semi-automatic, user-driven FaultTrak™ tool facilitates interpretation of surveys containing complex faulting with minimal manual effort.  FaultTrak can be used as part of the interactive fault picking process, or the user can choose to run it as a batch operation.
 
Paradigm Automatic Fault Extraction (AFE), under license from Terraspark Geosciences, both automates and enhances the process of identifying, extracting and modeling geologic discontinuities such as faults, from subsurface seismic volumes.  These surfaces can also be used to help constrain and improve the performance of auto-tracking and segmentation algorithms, minimizing problems with miscorrelation across faults in the data.
