Complex velocity model
  • Enables GeoDepth users to use SKUA structural and stratigraphic model building capabilities in the depth imaging workflow, to generate geologically constrained velocity models. Particularly important in geological regimes defined by faults, salt bodies, unconformities, etc.
  • Geological formation volume and dip/ azimuth can guide and control grid tomography updates for complex models.
  • Faults and other discontinuities are honored properly in the velocity model to avoid imaging artifacts
