Mapping
For all your geophysical, geological and production data.
SeisEarth™ provides a full suite of mapping capabilities for seismic interpreters. These include a rich set of gridding algorithms that enable users to produce maps from diverse data, including horizon and fault interpretation (single- and multi-survey), vertical functions, well markers, well logs, and historical production data. The gridding is bounded by outlines generated automatically or manually in SeisEarth or the SKUA-GOCAD™ modeling application.
Mapping benefits
- Enhanced efficiency through simultaneous generation of multiple grids and contour maps for multiple horizons
- Delivers a global view by assembling multi-survey horizon picks into regional maps
- Multiple independent surface gridding options supporting a variety of needs and workflows
- In the presence of large amounts of surveys/data, full control of display priorities
- The system stores all gridding input data and mapping parameters, for easy auditability
- Enhanced workflow productivity and reliability through interaction between the SeisEarth BaseMap, 3D Canvas and Section windows, which enables real-time data updates in all three windows
- WYSIWYG plotting of scaled images directly to network-connected plotters and printers
