New in Echos - Paradigm 18
This video reviews the updates to Echos in Paradigm 18, which include both infrastructure improvements and geophysical enhancements. Echos users will benefit from changes to field geometry handling, input/output CRS conversion of coordinates, and new workflows for 3D grid or 2D line definition and extended binning. New modules have been developed to enable surface wave amplitude modeling and inversion (SWAMI), and to calculate surface consistent residual statics (RESSTAT), along with updates to existing modules such as INTRP5D, FXYDEC, and TFDCOMP. Finally, the implementation of parallel I/O support in DSIN/DSOUT and prestack seismic data compression provide significant performance improvements in production environments.
